Initially I am going to go for a six week camp, starting July 17 (Tuesday). 7-8am every morning Monday- Friday. (starting on a Tuesday on the first week, as I'm at a wedding in Spain!)
The classes will target everyone, and will be a mixture of interval training, hill running/walking depending on your starting fitness, circuit/ tabata style exercises etc.
- Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday we will meet at Shawsbridge for an outdoor session.
- Every Tuesday and Friday we will go for an indoor circuit session at City Sports, unit 3 balmoral road, (between B&A and MOT centre), ensuring we have a good mixture of cardio and toning exercises.
- Everything will be done for a set time, so each individual can push to their own parameters.
Various package deals are on offer to cater for Everyone's summer schedule.
The 3 day training package will cost £10 per week, with a 2 week discount (£20) for those who pay for the 6 weeks in advance. This is also to allow for people who will miss a week or a few days due to holidays. This can be any 3 from 5 days, (as I know some shift workers etc can't predict ahead exactly which days they will be free).
The 5 day package will cost £15 per week, but again if the 6 weeks is paid in advance a 2 week discount is applied, bringing the total cost down to £60 for the 6 weeks. Meaning if you're away on holidays you're only missing a free week or 2.
I will put on an extra session on a day that suits, where we can discuss nutrition and meal plans. By eating a balanced diet, controlling sugar levels and people can drop weight and tone up fast.
